$930 per night
Get 1 FREE night. For all of February until 27th March book 5 nights
and only pay for 4 nights
(excludes Easter - March 28, 29, 30, 31)

December

December 1st to 16th - $1,050 per night
December 17th to 31st - $1,500 per night

2024

January 1st to 14th - $1,500 per night
From January 15th - $930 per night

(Min 7 night booking December 20th - January 31st)

A Bond of $3000 is payable 1 week prior to arrival and refunded within a week of departure.

OPTIONAL - the pool can be heated at a cost of $50 per day.

 

Availability

Payment

  • All rates quoted are inclusive of GST.

  • A 5% discount is applied to bookings of 30 nights or greater.

  • 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking (by bank transfer).

  • The remaining 50% is payable by the first day of the month in which you are booked to arrive.

  • A booking fee of $100 is payable.

  • A cleaning fee of $300 is payable.

  • A laundry fee of $150 is payable.

Cancellations

  • 1 month prior to arrival date will result in 50% refund.

  • 2 weeks prior to arrival date will result in 30% refund.

  • Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival date, no refund unless house is re-let (less administration fees).
